Tilted Productions

Led by artistic director Maresa von Stockert, Tilted Productions creates thought-provoking and visually striking dance theatre combining highly imaginative dance, captivating theatricality and a unique use of set and props.

The company was established in 1999 by german born von Stockert as a vehichle for presenting her unique style of choreography.

A recent winner of the 2005 Time Out Live Award for Outstanding Choreography (other nominees were Akram Khan/Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui and Henri Oguike) for her site specific work Grim[m] Desires which ran for four sell-out weeks at the Wapping Project, Maresa is currently working on a new production Glacier which tours nationally from January 2008. The tour opens at the Mercury Theatre in Colchester with London dates including Laban and the Queen Elizabeth Hall at the South Bank.

In 2006-7 the company undertook a 27 date UK National tour of Marjorie's World Unhinged and is currently on UK tour with Glacier.
